1. Jason Tapolci - COO

    "My dream is to build a family here, where everyone prospers."

    As COO, Jason oversees the daily operations of ABG Capital, including work processes and human relations.  Bringing his organizational and process-oriented strengths to the table, Jason has ABG Capital running efficiently and seamlessly.

    Known as an approachable and passionate leader, his employee-focused method to management has led to an effective and loyal team.  Implementing a goal-based employee strategy, Jason has created an environment where accountability and results are abundant.

    After obtaining a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998, Jason joined brother Jeff Tapolci in the family business and together started its transformation into today’s ABG Capital.

    Jason takes his hands-on approach to life far beyond ABG Capital.  He enjoys golf, sports and competition, family, and volunteering.
